We like to keep it simple. Rub small handfuls onto wet skin in circular motions, leave for a few mins whilst your skin absorbs the nutrients (we recommend 5-10 mins, but don't worry if you're in a rush) and wash the scrub away with warm water. You'll notice a difference in your skins appearance from the first use.
